“Hansuke” is a yakitori bar in Takamatsu City. Around 17:00 in the evening I was able to sit by myself at the counter, but it was full and some people couldn't get in at this time. It seemed like most of the customers were regulars, and Mr. came at a different time. The restaurant is filled with not only yakitori smoke but also purple smoke. There was ventilation, so I wasn't too concerned about that. It feels like an old store for locals. Iriko sake 500 yen It's not fillet sake, it's irikozake. It is warmed and you can really feel the aroma and taste of sardines. It feels like a local drink. I'm not sure if I'd want to drink this in Tokyo, but I think it's a must-have in Kagawa! I guess the image of fillet sake is giving me evil thoughts. Yakitori is One piece of meat, skin, and liver. I tried using salt for now. It was a skewer with plenty of salt and references. Negima is an onion. The skin is firm and crunchy. The liver had a rich flavor. It was a store with a strong personality and quirks. It was a very interesting shop that made me feel like I was in a rural area. It was crowded and I wanted to go to another store, so I quickly left the store. The bill is 920 yen. It's 180 yen per skewer. It was Chibero.
