Long time no see Hanzo. The soup stock is made with tonkotsu but has a high quality and elegance, making it a masterpiece! The noodles ordered from Hakata are also delicious. You can also request the degree of boiling of the noodles. The image is the fried rice set for lunch. The fried rice is delicious, but since the ramen is so delicious, I slightly regret that I could have ordered a substitute.
