Unfortunately, things have changed quite a bit since 2019. Not in terms of welcome and sympathy but in terms of what you can eat. It's poorly served &...in strange plastic trays with templates. It feels like the cafeteria of the college canteen... It looks like...a bowl. It's pretty bland... The bowls you served in were much better served, the food was hot & these added a nice touch. A customer for 3 years, I have always ordered via their website to save time, the flavors and quantities have always been perfect. Fairly high prices. But in recent months I have been extremely disappointed. Now, despite an internet reservation by selecting the order collection time, nothing is prepared before or almost. I still had to wait a good 10 minutes there for noodles and a Bubble tea even though I was the only customer. In addition, last July I contracted serious food poisoning which, upon examination, was due to bacteria present when the chicken was improperly cooked. It was the only possible place where I could have caught it on the period in question. I wanted to give it another chance today... so I won't come back again.
