This food trailer is parked off in the back of the parking lot and if you don't look for it you might miss it which would be a big mistake! Hapa food company is a turning out some delicious hawaiian food! I ordered the kalua pig and kalbi ribs plate and both were amazing. The kalua pork is moist but not dripping or sitting in a puddle and so flavourful and it comes with rice and mac salad which is also very good. The ribs have a good char and are tender. Hopefully you'll save room to try their doughnuts! Order mixed because the filled ones have the best filling I've ever had before.
