I saved this place because of the view. We ordered homemade french fries, calamares and watermelon shake but all of them tasted meeh. I asked why the watermelon shake didn’t taste as it should be, only to be told that it was designed for ’foreigners’ and that I asked to add milk on it. Fine. We ordered Mango shake no milk, nope, even worse, it tasted like water. Staff are nice, they accepts card payment with additional of 3%. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Excellent bar and top service. Happy hour: 2 cocktails for 300 PHP (get a pina colada), 1 beer purchased = 1 free rum and coke. Sunset spot. Price per person: ₱200–400 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Happy Bar is one of the most famous bars in Port Barton. You should go there to enjoy the sunset while drinking some beers. There is Happy Hour so if you order a beer you get a Rum and Coke for free! Prizes are cheap, service is fast and nice. The picture says everything, right?
