Favorite place for Chinese food in Springfield. Always fresh, always fast. Combos come with an all white meat option and ask for "St.Louis style" fried rice if you're used to a darker fried rice. All in all, they offer delicious options at affordable prices. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $10–20

I got sick with E. coli after eating at Happy China, and it turned into a pretty rough experience. At first, everything seemed fine, but within a day I started feeling intense stomach cramps, nausea, and fatigue. The symptoms quickly got worse, and I ended up needing medical attention after dealing with persistent discomfort and dehydration. It was frustrating because I hadn’t expected something as simple as a meal out to lead to such a serious illness. Since then, I’ve been much more cautious about where I eat and how food is handled, knowing how easily foodborne bacteria like E. coli can affect your health.
