Ordered breakfast through the automatic ordering process, only to be told half an hour later that the kitchen would not open for another hour. Requested refund/cancel, was told manager would not be onsite for another two hours but if I left my receipt with them, I would get a refund. No refund after two weeks. My plane departed prior to manager arrival. Not sure why you are able to place orders for prepared meal before kitchen is open, and not sure why they sit there and watch you place orders without at least putting a sign up or something. Employees watched me order, watched me stand there and wait for thirty minutes, and then said the kitchen wasn't open.

Ordered food here before a flight. I ordered about 45 minutes before boarding time. The tablet gives no indication of a wait time. I prepaid for my food and tip BIG MISTAKE. 10 minutes before boarding I have only received my drink. I go to the restaurant to cancel my order, and am told they will get a manager and then the person helping me disappeared until my flight was starting to board. By this point (AFTER I ASKED TO CANCEL MY ORDER) my food is ready, but I don’t want to be the jerk with the hot seafood stinking up the plane, and I still haven’t seen a manager to rectify the situation. Finally as I’m giving up the manager indicates that he will refund my order from the tablet. Great I think to myself at least I’m not out $55 for a meal I never received. WRONG. After waiting for the pending transaction to disappear on my account it posts for the full amount. I have tried disputing with my bank and these thieves are insisting I received the goods and are trying to use my PREPAID receipt as proof they completed the transaction. What a scam! I would have happily paid for drink I received, but now I have to resort to blasting them on the internet for being crooks.
