I recently visited Happy Dim Sum and had a wonderful dining experience. I ordered the beef brisket cheung fun and the beef brisket lo mein, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The beef was tender and not greasy at all, which made the meal feel light yet satisfying. What impressed me the most was the authentic Hong Kong flavor in every bite. The seasoning was perfectly balanced, bringing out the rich taste of the beef without overpowering it. The texture of the cheung fun was smooth and silky, while the lo mein had a great chewiness that complemented the dish perfectly. Overall, it was a memorable meal, and I would definitely go back again to enjoy these dishes. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
