We visited this restaurant on 11/8/23 trying to find somewhere to sit as it had just started raining that night. So thank you very much for the time that led us to this place SURPRISE and we had the opportunity to live a unique experience of this trattoria. And so we begin. Kind, pleasant, exemplary reception. List small as it should be but targeted. 5-6 antipasti, 2 salads, 5 types of pizza, 5 types of pasta, 2 types of desserts and a rich list of wines and drinks. What? Would you like more? We took one of each and when we go back we wouldn't mind getting the same ones again! Mozzarella sticks accompanied by tomato chutney, fresh and very very tasty, something you could tell from the first characteristic "crats". +1 point to our waitress who changed the usual side dish from spicy dip to tomato chutney since we had two small children. We also got a pasta with chicken, mushrooms (poem) and parmesan sauce. Hot until the end without of course the well-known phenomenon of large chains occurring, with the spaghetti stuck towards the end and reminiscent of building materials. Our choice of pizza was the one with mozzarella, mushrooms, donatini and prosciutto. Great dough, just the right amount of ingredients, hot all the way through and all without a tomato sauce base! For drinks we chose their own white wine, perfectly matched. All this in their interior, really, wonderful space. However, no space can play a leading role or, of course, replace people. So, in addition to the perfect reception, we had a service that was polite, explanatory, calm but at the same time fast (as was the kitchen). Despite all the fuss the little ones made, there was not the slightest movement to indicate discomfort or pretended understanding. Finally, we had a limoncello treat. The prices are reasonable. Having toured the surrounding areas quite a bit, Happy Flo easily won our hearts and we look forward to visiting again.
