This is a newly open restaurant, and the fish soup based noodle was a disappointment... They asked me to choose 3 other ingredients to put on the noodle, so I chose beef brisket, fish balls and pork intestine. First, the noodle is soggy... And the pork intestine is like chewing gum... Second, they added so little beef brisket. And I couldn't taste the fish soup.... They really need to hire a good chef.....never go back again!!!!
