The foods are good, delicious and good quality. But the service is so bad and ignorant. It’s supposed to be a buffet, but you need to ask the waiter/waitress for more food. Our waitress wasn’t willing to get more beef for us, so we were like 4 people waiting for 20 minutes to get one more plate of beef. You call it buffet man? It’s good to experience once, but sorry there wouldn’t be another time. If you think the cost of running a buffet is too much, people are okay with ordering foods and paying for each portion No need to make the service so bad. Happy lamb hot pot is a beautiful place with a lovely interior. The staff are incredibly friendly and took my allergy concerns very seriously, helping me determine what I could safely eat. The food is of high quality and tastes amazing. The only downside is that it can get quite hot inside from the steam. Overall, it's a wonderful dining experience.
