Ordered a combo and was changed for all items separately. Did not receive the $2 off as advertised. The elder at the register explained that the dumplings I ordered is not a side but they are the first items listed under “sides”. Very rude service. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I tried Happy Tangle at Queen’s Cross Food Hall and ordered the General TSO Chicken. The dish was served hot and fresh, which I appreciated, but the flavour leaned far too sweet for my taste. The portion size was noticeably smaller than a typical Chinese takeout spot, yet priced about the same, which made it feel like less value overall. Service, however, was fast and efficient. The food hall itself has plenty of seating and works well if you’re pressed for time and just need a quick bite. Overall, I’d probably skip Happy Tangle on my next visit and try something else in the food hall instead. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
