Update: went back and the fries we great again! Thanks for listening. I’m really glad Haps reopened, as it’s a true Mercer Island treasure. That said, the fries I just had, which used to be great, were some of the worst I’ve ever had. They tasted like someone had just microwaved a batch that had been made hours ago.
