We've been occasional customers of this small restaurant for more than... 20 years! I don't know whether the owners are still the same (probably not) but what has remained constant is the tasty food, the kind and welcoming staff, and the decent prices. They could invest a little in improving the terrace. An open pergola would be ideal on hot days, as the translucent plastic roof currently installed tends to trap and radiate heat while also restricting air circulation. However, any minor inconveniences quickly fade away once the food arrives. :) Bon appétit! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: lei 100–120

Great food, lovely service and very reasonable waiting time. I had been here 2-3 years prior and the pineapple desert marked me - I decided to come again based almost purely on it! I was pleasantly surprised with the food too, the beef is one of the best I've had in any asian cuisine restaurant, it just melts in your mouth - I remembered there was good food here from my first visit but it was the desert that truly left an impression , now it is accompanied by the beef. The portions are generous, for the quality especially and the quantity I would definitely say it's fairly priced, their menu is quite varied so you'll surely find something for you. I would definitely recommend you try out a proper chinese restaurant instead of fast food, and in Bucharest, Harbin is definitely at the top of the list.
