Place is nice Just don't know how it got all the stars. Ensalada de pulpo in Puerto Rico is not lettuce with tomatoes and onions with vinegarette dressing. Rice is undercooked. WHOLE FRIED SNAPPER WAS NOT BAD ALTHOUGH ON THE SALTY SIDE. MOFONGO WAS OK. I THINK THE PLACE WAS ADJUSTING TO AMERICAN TOURIST TASTE AND IM AMERICAN. I WOULD LOVED TO HAVE TASTED THE ACTUAL ISLAND COOKING. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Solid food on the beach, lovely service (especially Hector, who made a large group of smoking women leave for a party of two - we tried to make it up a little with a big tip), and really lovely parcha (passion fruit) mojitos. The rum colada was fine but not nearly as amazing. Beer choices in the area are generally poor, but Rincon Brewing company makes a decent product. Coffee was good here, they put a little cinnamon in, which is nice. Probably the best coffee we had in the area, though the waves and sunsets make it hard to judge impartially - this was the best atmosphere on the island for us. Our food was good and well executed, but did not wow us. This was standard fare for the area but done well in a beautiful setting, and with excellent service. Sitting on the beach listening to waves with a cocktail is magical. Highly recommended! Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We asked our Airbnb host for a restaurant that served authentic Puerto Rican cuisine and he recommended the Harbor Restaurant. The food was authentic and made with love. We enjoyed it all and the service was great. I thought the seafood portions were a little small for the price we payed though. I filled up on rice and beans. Overall we thought it was a good night out.
