Very disappointing first visit to Hardee’s Mega Mall branch in Almaty. Staff behavior was rude and unprofessional, especially toward tourists. The employee spoke only in the local language and was disrespectful when we didn’t understand. Food arrived cold due to delays, the beef patty was nearly burnt, and the order came with onions despite requesting no onions. We were also forced to take 7UP and were not allowed to change it to Pepsi. Jalapeños were barely added (only two small pieces). Overall poor service and food quality that does not reflect an international brand. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₸15,000–20,000 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
