A lot of guests say that waiters offer tasty hamburgers and good chicken here. Clients can have nicely cooked biscuits at this fast food. Most reviewers consider the staff well-trained. People mention that the service is fast here. The lovely atmosphere offers a comfortable feel to a visitors stay at Krystal. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

I know that Krystal wouldn't be on 99% of anyone's "fast food Rushmore" but I had to take a second to leave a review about this particular Krystal in Arab, Alabama. First off, the drive-thru was empty at 11:45 a.m. and I was greeted with the most positive cheerful welcome from a drive-thru speaker that I have had and a very long time. The employee suggested a deal to save me money that I hadn't noticed. The food was hot, delicious and ready instantly and I asked the lady if they received tips. I was not planning on leaving a tip at Krystal. I do know Starbucks asks me for a couple of bucks every single time I check out! Sonic expects a tip if you're paying cash. She said she doesn't get or expect to get tipped, but enjoys doing her job. After all the assistance I received from her, and her positive energy, I gladly handed her a $5 bill. She earned it and I hope it helped her have an even better day. Thank you for hiring workers with a modicum of decency! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Take out Price per person: $10–20
