In my 73 years of life, I have never experienced a restaurant that hordes napkins like this! You think they were made of gold, or platinum! When one manager is working, she removes the napkins and container from the customer side of the restaurant! Why? The food here is always extraordinary, the Services mediocre and I had one person in front of me and waited nearly 15 minutes to get my meal. Please do better. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

The food was good and the workers working there we're doing a very good job and it was nice and clean throughout the store including the bathrooms I've always been impressed especially with this Hardee's I did both I dined in and I took out. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

whoever made my burger is exempt from my rating. the burger was solid. partner's burger was very awesome. back of house has got it down. but, the issue was the lady working the front catching issue with me when i told her a few items were missing from my order. i told her "hey i need two fries" and she proceeded to argue with me that other fries dont come with a combo, or i took the fries off my combo. neither of which is accurate. then shes looking over my reciept and pointing to her order window. lady... i cant read your screen. then when she finally said okay fine, but ill have to drop them so youll have to wait. i shrugged. i want my fries. come to find out, no fresh fries were dropped and she wa giving me more flack. cold fries. yay i get out to the car and look over the reciept myself. guess she couldnt find the CB MED FRY 0.00. bruh. zero customer service skills. what should have been said, "oh, let me fix that for you." regardless got the food. its fries for crying out loud. not even a big ticket item. why the hassle? i see why this place is always empty if this is common. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
