ALL of my food was old. Fried were stale. This burger meat is OLD- its stiff and dry. They slapped some old cheese on it, partially melted it, then added the onions and pickles. Will NOT be back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

We made an order online. We chose to pick it up through the drive-thru. When we drove up the guy sounded friendly enough but when we told him it was an online order he went "oh" very disappointingly. When we drove around he just handed us the food without saying anything and walked away. Now mind you, there were no other customers in the drive-thru line or in the store. We sat there to check the order, we'll they missed one of the sandwiches, an apple turnover, a drink and a milkshake. We finally got his attention to come back to the window and he sounded upset that we were asking for what we ordered. He went to his manager and said, we said we were missing these things from the order. He the told us to drive around to the door to wait for them to get the rest of the order together. Am I wrong for wanting to make sure I get everything I order before I drive back home to find out not everything I ordered is not there? Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Vegetarian options: There is not vegetarian choices.
