Stopped while traveling and ordered the 10 piece chicken tender MEAL. We used the bathrooms while we waited 20+ minutes for our food. The bathrooms were disgusting, no seat covers in the bin, floors looked like they had never seen a mop. The soap dispenser was hanging side ways about to fall off. There was a staff member just sitting at a table staring at the guests. Not working, not cleaning, not eating. We received our 10 chicken tenders, no fries or drink. 17$ for 10 tenders. I got the same meal at a Hardee’s in Wendell plus a hot dog for 15$. I will never stop by here again and it should be closed down it’s disgusting all around. Oh and after waiting 20+ mins the tenders were cold and goey. Price per person: $10–20

For the second time, I have ordered 4 tender wraps on the app from this Hardee's only to be told that they were out of wraps, and I was given just 4 chicken tenders. For $10.68. That's $21 I've paid for 8 chicken tenders. No apology, no offer of vouchers or future discounts or even a partial refund. The food is great, but the service sucks. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
