I Ordered the *New* Vanilla Iced Coffee because I wanted to try it. Drink was disgusting and when I asked to swap it out but instead they charged me for another drink. I’m having money so I paid for it. But that’s bad business. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Frisco Butger was cold, bun was soggy. Star burger no cheese single, burger patty luke warm, the condiments looked as of someone stood back 10 feet and threw my condiments at my burger. Dining area was filthy!! Had to wipe off our area before sitting down. We are the only customers here, full staff but yet this is the outcome. Explain to me why? Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Dietary restrictions: Posted on menu.

I used the Hardee's app to place my order and not only were they 15 minutes late making my food, but my order arrived with some unexpected substitutions. It appears the smoked sausage was replaced with bacon, and the fried egg I paid extra for was folded I also received ham instead of sausage on another sandwich which was plain ham it was supposed to be sausage and fried egg which I also paid extra for. While I understand mistakes can happen, it would have been appreciated to be asked about these changes beforehand. Perhaps in the future, the restaurant could ensure they confirm any ingredient swaps with the customer. My order was a total mess, both late and incorrect. I tried to get a refund for the trouble. They shot that down, though, insisting I had to deal with it all through the app. It's super frustrating when there is absolutely no way of requesting a refund through the app. I had to get in touch with their Corporate Office CKE Restaurants Holdings, Inc., based in Franklin, Tennessee. In order to get my refund. I won't be ordering through the app anymore or at this location. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
