The customer service was amazing. The atmosphere was so-so. There was a kids play area but it looked like it was trashed - literal trash bags balled up and attached to the play area. I'm not sure what was happening there. The food was sub-par. My burger had cold meat, and my fries were warm. I didn't complain because I'm pregnant and I was starving. But I definitely won't be returning. I feel like the restaurant used to be better, with better quality meat and other offerings. I would not recommend Hardee's. It might be better for breakfast. If you're looking for a good burger, you may want to look elsewhere like Culvers, or Tastees, or a coney island. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I certainly understand that certain places of business's clocks will not always match the times on their customers time pieces. However, when you pull up to a drive-thru and they tell you that breakfast is over, then you ask when it goes to and they say 10:30, and you respond with I have 10:25 in my car and their answer to that is we have 10:30 in here, it makes it quite clear who their focus is (hint:its not the costumer). A discrepancy of 5 minutes?!? That being said and assuming that's correct from what we see now, I wouldn't order any food that that place produces because who knows what in the world they're doing to it or putting in it/leaving out of it. So do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Absolute worse!! Did an online order they kept me waiting for 20 minutes nobody was attending the drive thru at all , the ice in my drink melted made the soda taste like rotten water , the bag was greasy and I wanted to add on lettuce to the sandwich they never did and the burger tasted like plastic was cold and tastes funny!! The absolute worse would never recommend it to anyone. The person handed me my food was super rude and had an attitude even after making me wait for 20 minutes tried calling the restaurant nobody responded Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
