I came through the drive-through on 2-21-25 @ 10:15 give or take. The service was very poor. The lady who was at the window was rude got mad at me because they made a mistake with my drink. She slammed the drive-through window and did not give me a utensil to eat my low-carb bowl. This is not a way to treat customers and I am going to think it twice to come back just because of that reason. Customer service is a must and her social skills were very poor! This is the Hardee’s at south Oates st in Dothan Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure Vegetarian options: None Dietary restrictions: None

Biscuits were great and hot. They use real eggs ! We ate inside. Very clean. Very nice staff. I’ll eat breakfast here again. Potato rounds was very good. Great visit. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Dothan Ala Hardee's do better. Ordered a Hot Ham and Cheese 6.99 bag got home to eat and it literally had one piece of ham and a sliver of cheese took picture that I can send if need be. Food: 1 Service: 4 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10
