Hardees Majidi mall Literally the worst service ever the messed up my order and told me they can’t do anything abt it bc its in the system already and expected me to pay again. I ordered again and they mess up my order AGAIN. What type of customer service is this!! I’ve asked you twice and PAID twice to fix YOUR MISTAKE only for you to mess it up again. No other branch messes it up like this one does. Price per person: IQD 25–30k Food: 3 Service: 2

Worst Hardee's Experience: So many bad things: - No tissues in the women’s WC and at the men’s sink. - The sink water sensor is terrible, people struggle with it (myself included). Please fix it. - Add doors to both female and male WCs, they’re barely a meter apart. - Valet service is unnecessary. Why do we pay for an option that creates more hassle? It’s fast food, not fine dining. - They served me loaded fries in a burger carton. I was like what? Price per person: IQD 15–20k Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
