It’s 930am on a Saturday morning and I have been in the drive thru line for 20 minutes because they ran out of biscuits. How do you run out of biscuits at a fast food breakfast place on Saturday morning? That’s poor planning. I just wanted two biscuits and have been here that long. Ridiculous Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1

I grew up in Evans and remember when this Hardee’s first opened. It was one of the most popular places to go out to eat. Early morning biscuits and coffee could not be beat and their hamburger menu was preferable to other chains. I was sad to see it empty when I stopped for a hamburger. I sat in the dining room alone for the duration of my meal. Maybe it’s because the restaurant sits further back on the road and is hidden by trees, so it’s not easily visible from Washington Road, but thousands of cars pass by here every single day so I think by percentages they would have some traffic. I got the monster burger, fries, and a drink. I love this hamburger! Sadly, I now live in Florida and the nearest Hardee’s is over an hour away, so I only get my favorite burger when I come back to Evans to visit family. I was only in town for two days, but I made two stops for my favorite burger while I was here. The employees were friendly, helpful, and quick to fill my order on both occasions. The drive-through service is not quick because they apparently don’t start cooking the order until the order has been placed. I suspect this is because they have such low traffic. I would really like to see this place thrive. They have a good product and it’s easy to get in and out of their parking lot and onto the road. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Wheelchair accessibility: My brother is in a nursing home because he is legally blind even though he can see a little bit. But has dementia. He had a doctor's appointment that day that we took you to his doctor's appointment. I was trying to figure out where to take him to lunch and my husband suggested Hardee's because my brother loves your your mushroom Swiss burger. He ate every bit of it. It was very good. I had a ham and cheese. It was delicious and my husband had gotten a burger but it turned out to be a bigger burger than he thought but he ate every bit of it. It was a very nice Hardee's. The staff was great. Even though they were having a little difficulties trying to get the machine to work. Didn't take but a minute. And it is very convenient. Maybe 3 mi from our house. Thank you!
