I’m very disappointed with my experience here. I placed a pickup order at Time 3:00 AM, which was confirmed by the system. The store hours are listed as 10:00 AM to 5:00 AM, and the location was clearly open with staff inside. However, when I arrived, the doors were locked and they refused to fulfill my confirmed order. If you aren't actually accepting orders, the system should reflect that. Terrible communication and a waste of time.
