I thought we were staying then my buddy got his to go so I told her I needed mine to go then she very rudely said we'll I haven't started it yet. My friends couldnt believe she did that. Never again will I go there. . Most the tables hadn't been cleared either. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

There is either a massive amount of incompetence at fast food restaurants or a shortage on ketchup these days. The pump ketchup needed to be changed, so I brought it to the servers attention first. Then to the manager's attention and he took it away to change the bag and never came back after at least 20 minutes of being in there. Saw him out in the parking lot talking to other employees. This is about the fifth fast food restaurant in a short span that I've been at that has a pump ketchup that doesn't know how to change it. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Been standing outside since 6AM. It's cold, I'm hungry, there is lady inside doing something near the fryer, she looked right at me. It is now 6:15AM and I am going across the road to the Roadhouse Cafe, mainly because they are open 24hrs. and are actually open. Unlike Hardee's that "opens at 6AM" except when I'm there. Anyway, if you have changed your hours, change them on Google and the doors of the restaurant. Thanks. Service: 1
