This was my first experience with Hardee's. I placed a dine-in order on the app because it would allow me to customize my burger. Firstly, the app won't let you place an order under 25 SAR. Secondly, after ordering one of the more expensive burgers just so I can customize it, they ignored all my customizations. To make things worse, they updated my order as 'delivered' 15 minutes before it was ready. And how was this uncustomized beef burger worth 26 SAR you ask? Well, if disappointment was a flavour, I'd say it wouldn't be much different from what I had. Bland, unseasoned, and utterly disappointing.
