I had a very disappointing experience at Hardee's. My order was incorrect, and when I tried to address it, the staff member I spoke to was rude and unhelpful Egyptian guy. The name of the employee is Mohammed Assam Mistakes can happen, but the way it was handled made it worse. I expect better customer service and basic professionalism. This needs improvement.
