Stopped by Hardee’s expecting a quick breakfast and got one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in a while. The biscuits were dry like they’d been sitting there for hours, and the eggs were cooked so long they were rubbery instead of fresh. To make matters worse, I was charged for an upsize I never requested. When I pointed it out, instead of simply correcting the mistake professionally, there was attitude about refunding the differencelike I was wrong for not wanting to be overcharged. Customers shouldn’t have to argue just to pay the correct amount for food that should’ve never left the kitchen in that condition. Definitely disappointing service and quality all around. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Been to this location twice. First time I was amazed at how good the tenders and fries were. Second time I went the fries were soggy and tenders were dry from over cooking and sitting around. Won't be coming back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10

I haven't been to Hardee's in yearsss!! But today while I was running errands I looked up and saw Hardees & decided to stop & get some breakfast. When I pulled into the parking lot it was clean, and I washed my hands before my food was ready. The restrooms were spotless. Love that my food was hot and the customer service was on point for it to be early in the morning. Idk Hardee's might be back on my radar, or at least this location :) Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
