Hello, I went to the Hardee's in Manning SC this morning. Just to be fair I have eaten there a few times. I have to give it to the morning manager she is awesome her team is great. You get a chance stop in to me Hardee's has the best breakfast in town. Now in case you didn't know breakfast doesn't stop at 10:30 so you can still grab something from the menu when you go in. The restaurant is always clean and a great place to eat and meet people. Enjoy Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My husband, daughter and I were passing through on the way to a job site and are not locals of the area. My husband owns and operates a licensed construction and remodeling business, and we were on a tight schedule. The drive-thru line was extremely long, so my husband, daughter, and I went inside to place our TO-GO order, which was clearly communicated to the cashier. After ordering, we waited well over 30 minutes while multiple customers who ordered after us received their orders and left. We checked with the front cashier several times regarding our order and were repeatedly ignored or brushed off. When my husband asked for a refund, there was no explanation or apology, only attitude. When we eventually received our order, it was incorrectly served on a dine-in tray. When my husband reminded the cashier that our order was to-go and asked for a bag, she was openly rude in her response. To make matters worse, we later realized we were charged for four meals when we only ordered three. Delays happen, but ignoring customers, providing zero communication, displaying rude behavior, and overcharging is unacceptable. This was by far the worst fast-food experience we’ve had, and we will not be returning. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
