Frisco burger fresh out of the bag was cold. Tasted terrible and the second bite had something unchewable. Will never be back and another reason to go to the golden arches. Extremely disappointed! Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

They seem so disorganized here and customer service seems nonexistent here.... didn't have certain items.... plus who doesn't have sweet tea.... (This place is suppose to be 24 hours so i don't get that at all) that makes no sense... No napkins and food wasn't even put on a tray.... food just was thrown together and wasn't appealing.... fries were cold and some were even hard as can be.... (didn't eat those) only ate the other stuff we got because we didn't want to waste almost 30 dollars worth.... I'll stick with the wilmington location. (Staff is so more friendly and customer service is a lot better there)

The service is horrible and so is the atmosphere. My food was cold and after a long wait. The male manager on duty look like very unprofessional and was very rude when I brought my complaints to him. He refused to give me a refund and take the food back. He said that I was lying about my order and was trying to con them out of free food. I will never return to this Hardee's as long as that male manager is working there. His language and attitude towards me was most unpleasant. I have never seen an ignorant and a lazy staff. The staff should talk about their personal problems on their own time not when taking an order. I don't need to be told shut up while I'm trying to order my food then hear about someone's "adult life" through the speaker. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20
