I just had one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time at Hardee’s, and I wanted to recognize Taylor, the shift leader. From the very first interaction at the drive-thru, he was incredibly pleasant, polite, and welcoming. When I got to the window to pay and met him face-to-face, his attitude was even more impressive. Taylor’s customer service is absolutely stellar. He was patient, never rushed me while ordering, and treated me with genuine kindness and respect. In a world where great customer service can sometimes be hard to find, he truly stood out. His positive attitude and warm personality brought a little sunshine to an otherwise cloudy day. Honestly, Hardee’s has a real gem in Taylor. He carries himself with professionalism, excellent manners, and a contagious positivity. If anyone deserves to be a manager, it would be him and yesterday wouldn’t be soon enough! Thank you, Taylor, for making what could have been just another stop for food into such an awesome and memorable experience. We had an excellent experience at Hardee’s in Princess Anne! The customer service we received from a young man named Anrique was truly exceptional. He greeted us with a smile, showed outstanding manners, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. In today’s world, this kind of genuine kindness and professionalism is rare, and it absolutely deserves recognition. Hardee’s needs more employees like Anrique! He represented the restaurant so well and made our visit such a positive experience. The food was great, the restaurant was clean, and the overall experience was wonderful from start to finish. We will definitely be back! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

What else could I say other than Wonderful!! We were greeted with the most friendly welcome from Walt. He brought us our meal to the table. Very fast and accurate. Not only will they customize any order to whatever you want, they cook it to perfection. They came by the table to check if we needed anything else. By the time we left I felt like we were old friends. If your in the area this is the Hardee's to go to! You won't be disappointed! Thank you guys for the great meal!
