I visited this branch last week and again today, and the A/C was not working on both occasions. This is clearly not a temporary issue and appears to have been ongoing for some time. My advice to customers is to use the drive-thru or order takeaway, as the heat inside the restaurant makes it very difficult to dine comfortably. Please do not respond by asking me to send an email. I would rather see the management team visit the branch themselves, sit inside, and have a meal there so they can fully understand the problem Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SAR 20–40
