Guests mention that the service is nice here. It's always a good idea to experience something new and enjoy the spectacular atmosphere. honestly, it was so disappointing. The fries were dry and nothing like the quality they used to be. Also, the last time I ordered, my burger came without the paper holder, and this time it happened again. This clearly isn’t a one-time mistake. I don’t know what’s going on, but it really feels like you’ve lowered the quality to cut costs, whether that’s by changing your ingredients or your suppliers. Whatever the reason, the quality has dropped significantly. If this continues, you’re going to lose a lot of customers. People notice when quality declines, and they’ll stop coming back. I wouldn’t be surprised if your sales take a major hit by the end of 2026. I hope you recognize the problem before it’s too late. Just wait and see.
