Stopped at 11:24 on a Sunday to order breakfast. All the signs say they serve until Noon. I completely understand if you've run out of things or if you've already cleaned it up, etc. This morning however I pulled into the drive thru and was asked to wait. Fine ok your a little busy I don't mind waiting. The rest of the drive thru clears out ahead of me and I wait a full 10 minutes before anyone comes back to me. They also left the mic on the whole time so I can hear everything happening in the kitchen. I finally go to place my order and get told they are no longer serving breakfast in a rude ton. I mention the signs and before I can even say anything else I get cut off and she repeats in an even ruder ton that they are not serving breakfast. This is not the way to treat your customers. I don't mind waiting and if you no longer have an item and tell me nicely I'm pretty easy to accommodate. This interaction makes me not want to come back to this location. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Just wanted a cheeseburger.. I went inside to order. The whole front floor area was so sticky. The burger was just gross. The top bun was covered in grease. .. I wiped it off, told myself it’s ok. Took a bite .. didn’t even chew it, spit it right out. In the trash it went. I didn’t complain but I also won’t be back Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

I live in the neighborhood and appreciate having a local Hardee's. I stop by periodically for breakfast on the way to work. All through COVID and after, the same lady worked the breakfast shift. Her service was great and the food was always fresh and hot. After she left, the service is OK but the food is never fresh and hot. I go and am disappointed and do not return for a few months, then I go again and the same. This morning I ordered tater rounds (I like to eat them on the way to work), they were room temperature, at best, when I got them and two cinnamon raisin biscuits to take to work. Heated over tater rounds are horrible, threw them away, and I only received 1 cinnamon biscuit. Please, management, stop by for breakfast sometime and see if you approve. I really want Cave Spring Hardee's to stay open but it won't if no one cares about the quality of the food. I have to add a comment. I went back to Hardees on Thursday - there is a new manager and she is a breath of fresh air! She had such a positive attitude, a beautiful smile, and super friendly personality. My food came to me hot and fresh and it was wonderful. Thank you Hardees! If you go to Hardees on Brambleton Ave in Roanoke and haven't been in a couple of weeks, I recommend it.
