I’m writing to express my disappointment with the level of service at the Hardee's branch in Sialkot, Pakistan. Compared to the excellent customer care I experienced at a Hardee's outlet in Dubai, the difference was quite noticeable. Unfortunately, my efforts to report the issue via the provided contact number were unsuccessful, as no one responded to my calls. In addition, my recent order—which included four burgers and loaded fries—was incomplete, with the fries missing entirely. When I followed up with the restaurant, a staff member named Yasir acknowledged the oversight but responded in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
