Went there this morning for smoked sausage biscuit and a sausage egg biscuit. Asked for both light biscuits well done sausagethe order was captured correctly by the drive thru cashier. I do this all the time and it’s always made fresh to cook the sausage and normally I have to wait. I figured no wait time this time since it was a car in front but as soon as I checked my bag I had dark biscuits and I could tell they were biscuits that have been sitting in the window and were not made per the request. Went in and the cashier was sweet and notified the manager. When I explained to her the issue she seemed clueless and asked what did I want. At this point I’m irritated because I want my sandwich’s fresh on light biscuits. I kept my sandwich’s and she gave me two light plain biscuits. As someone who worked for Hardee’s for years it literally wouldn’t have taken any effort time to remake the order especially since they were not busy. She could’ve kept the old biscuits . Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

I pulled up to the driveway and ordered one chicken sandwich and waited for 20 minutes until I eventually left. they had me sit in their parking lot so it looked like I was out in only a few minutes, I was there for over 20 and left without my food because I just couldn't wait any longer, absolutely ridiculous for a Sunday afternoon with no one in the drive-thru, wasted my money, horrible experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I used to really like this Hardee's and the only reason it is getting 2 stars is because of the hot food we got. To the cook, you're alright, alright, alright in my book!! Now to the server, Monica I believe her name is, had the worst attitude of anyone I have dealt with at this Hardee's... and I'm sure she won't care about this, but I wouldn't give her my business again. So first off, have respect for people who are coming to give you their business. And KNOW YOUR PRODUCTS!!!! IT'S NOT THAT HARD!!! When she was asked if the fish was beer battered, she said she didn't know... that it was breaded and frozen then fried when it arrives. YOU'RE ADVERTISING BEER BATTERED FISH!!! This is ignorance. Also she had an attitude about making a Cookie and Cream Milkshake, because she was also running the drive thru, which I understood, but I didn't need the attitude. And the pictures show what I was given. If I were general management, I would recommend a reprimand, because her attitude was unprofessional and makes the experience horrible. And this is being nice. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
