Too lazy to make shakes. So they said they were out. Very unhappy customer. You advertise all these new drinks and shakes, but lazy staff won't make them. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

McDonald's is more popular because the food and service is more consistent. People like consistency. I'll take inconsistent it it gives me a chance at much better food. McDonald's is always a 3.5, while Hardee's is 2.5-5. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
