Absolutely awesome food, staff, cocktails and service. The chicken and waffles is spot on but ask for a fried egg to take it over the top. Highly recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Visiting Kinston, Chef and Farmer was closed. We found Harp & Dill's. I was great. Food is very good. Service by Annalise was second to none. Great pictures on the walls, beautiful murals. Will go again on our next visit. If you haven't been there it's your loss. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
