We were going here to eat dinner before a concert. We booked our table for 5:30 thinking that would be plenty of time for the 7:30 show. It took 20 minutes to get our first round of drinks. It was 6:55 and we still didn't get our food so I went to the manager to tell them we had to leave in 15 minutes and we didn't get our food yet. When we did finally get it, the food was good but we had to hurry and eat it and some in our party didn't to even finish their food because we were rushed. The 2nd round of drinks took forever too. As a former waitress, I understand how things can go but the server never updated us about when our meal was coming and we had to track her down every time we needed another drink. I asked for the drinks again at one point, and she said that they didn't come up yet at the bar. I think that if it is taking that long, you would tell the bartender it has been awhile and you would communicate with us as to the status of the drinks. The restaurant wasn't even that busy and she didn't seem to care that the drinks and food were taking so long. We went for the Valentine's day dinner. My food was fine. My husband got the filet. It was the saltiest piece of steak we have ever tasted in our lives and it was like half fat and char and was only half the size of a normal filet to start with. Very disappointing. Normally we have good experiences here. This was not one of them. Service: Dine in Price per person: $50–100 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
