Last Wednesday, someone in store management decided it would be a good idea to repair the self-checkout kiosks during business hours that lasted from opening all the way through closing of the store. This caused significant inconvenience for customers and could easily have been avoided by scheduling the repairs overnight or at another less disruptive time. Adding to the frustration, once the kiosks were back up and running, customers were unable to pay with cash at them. On top of that, this location could improve its selection of dairy items, and it needs to do a better job managing noise from unruly patrons in the store. Do better, Bethesda Harris Teeter management!
