Hello it’s funny how this Location has 1-3 star now. My daughter and I just left on Wednesday just come to this location got a sub the bread was hard as i dont no and we had sushi I’m not sure which one was worse but we been sick for 3-4 days

I was just doing my usual shopping when I noticed the staff, including an assistant manager named David, watching me very closely and whispering while on their phones. It felt incredibly uncomfortable, so I eventually approached them to see what the issue was. It turned out they genuinely thought I was shoplifting, which was a huge shock because I hadn't done anything wrong. David actually walked away rather than addressing me directly, which felt dismissive. Another employee, Katherine, was much more understanding and helped de-escalate things, but the fact that they were ready to involve the police over a total misunderstanding really ruined the experience. I’ll be taking my business to dollar store from now on where the prices are better and the atmosphere is less hostile. This place is an absolute train wreck

My customer service was awesome. The person that made my sub did an excellent job. The new bread has to go. It is hard and it is not soft. If all stores are switching to this bread than I will no longer be eating harris teeter subs.
