This HT has gone down hill, from rotten produce (lettuce, tomato, onions), to rotten meats, deli help who has no idea what they are doing, to absolutely rude customer service from employee who works behind the customer service desk. The only visible employees who are not rude in this store are the two consistent guys who work the parking lot. I had to return meat recently that when I opened the meat it stunk up the entire first floor of our house . The meat was not even close to expiring but was rotten. When I returned the meat the guy behind the counter service desk was as impolite as I have experienced there. They had a brand new deli counter guy that should have had someone working with them. He absolutely had no idea what he was doing. I might as well have gone behind the counter and sliced the meat myself as I had to give the guy step by step instructions. It was embarrassing how poorly trained this guy was. Don’t intimidate customers in the self service check out line by standing right next to them watching your every move. This happened after I heard a beep and thought the item had been processed, your customer service rep told me it wasn’t and I corrected it, and then he proceeded to stand next to me and watch my every move until I gave him a look. Then he backed off, he gave me a sarcastic wave and I walked away. I was ready to verbally tell him he was inappropriate for how close he we observing me, but decided not too get in an altercation after his sarcastic wave. Been going here since the store opened and will now go to Publix or Wegmans. This HT needs better management and new, or better trained customer service employees.
