Disappointed: I am very disappointed with my recent interaction at Harris Teeter - Edward Mills location. I have been shopping at this location for 10 years (HT overall 20+ ) and finally was able to use my student ID to receive additional discounts. I waited for a month to connect with Jess who informed me she would be happy to put in my information for the discount. Upon arriving at the store today, Jess informed me she could not accept my id for the discount for the discount only honored NC State students. There are other schools in the Raleigh area and this mindset is not representative of the people who shop at this Harris Teeter. I am very disappointed and I shared my complete dissatisfaction with management. Dr. Bobbitt

I would like to compliment Jess for her above and beyond effort to help me find gluten free vanilla wafers. I approached her at the customer service desk and she walked with me to the cookie aisle and all around the store trying to find them because the website said they were in stock. After not having any luck she called a location in Cary and they had two boxes. She went above and beyond - professional, friendly, and patient. She is a wonderful example of how customer service is done right and I hope she is recognized for the excellent job she does. You have a gem with her!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I think people need to start doing more good reviews. My partner and I had Kamia at check out tonight and she was very sweet. She even asked us if we checked our eggs or if we needed help with carry out, never once have I had a cashier do that. Made a bit of a stressful shopping trip a bit better, thank you!
