I would like to compliment Jess for her above and beyond effort to help me find gluten free vanilla wafers. I approached her at the customer service desk and she walked with me to the cookie aisle and all around the store trying to find them because the website said they were in stock. After not having any luck she called a location in Cary and they had two boxes. She went above and beyond - professional, friendly, and patient. She is a wonderful example of how customer service is done right and I hope she is recognized for the excellent job she does. You have a gem with her!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I think people need to start doing more good reviews. My partner and I had Kamia at check out tonight and she was very sweet. She even asked us if we checked our eggs or if we needed help with carry out, never once have I had a cashier do that. Made a bit of a stressful shopping trip a bit better, thank you!

My best friend had her baby a little earlier than expected. The gift shop at the hospital was closed but there was a Harris Teeter near by. We noticed the flower shop area was closed but wanted to give the new mom and baby something presentable. A worker at the produce noticed we needed help and grabbed Abe, the manager. This man helped us beautiful wrapped the bouquet of flowers and assisted and lead us ensuring all the t’s are crossed and i’s were dotted. Sir, we thank you for taking time to help us and ensuring we had something of quality! We will never forget it!
