Its a harris teeter so you are paying a dollar extra for basically everything that is not on sale. The more irritating thing is they never have hand baskets. Not only that they never have the small carts. I am forced to push around this giant cart to get the 4 or 5 items i need at any given time. It makes walking around the store harder because of the lack of space and its just annoying. I get they probably dont bring the carts in as much right now due to the heat but if you are not doing that at least buy some gand baskets. Its cant possibly be that expensive to buy like 100 of them. In facr in writing this i looked it up and they cost less than 10 dollars. They cpuld fix this problem forever for less than 1000 bucks. Insane
