We use top quality ingredients and make everything from scratch ingredients also freshly baking everything daily and delivering to our shops. We never use pre-mixes resulting in a great deal of time and resources used to make our products. I am very sorry that you did not have a positive customer experience. We are very disappointed that you were not served on your arrival in our shop. We do deliver customer service training to all our retail team and part of this is to ensure customers always take priority and to keep waiting times to a minimum. It is difficult to know if there was an issue in our shop at the time you arrived which prevented our team serving you but please be assured that the matter has been highlighted to them with a view to this not occurring again.
