What you described is not the standard we expect at Magnolia, particularly with food temperature, order accuracy, and responsiveness from leadership. Having to remake your order multiple times and still not receive properly prepared items is unacceptable, and I understand your frustration. I’m addressing this directly with our kitchen and service teams to review what went wrong with both preparation and delivery that morning, as well as why a manager was not readily available to assist you in person.
