Food came out quick and had a nice patio! Food was fresh and yummy. Service was great and great food options. If you are looking for a nice place to have brunch, this is it! I love their espresso martini! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Brunch

I usually eat there a few times a month because the food and service is always predictable. Not so on Sunday, Aug 23rd around 10:15 AM. Made my reservation and was promptly seated at the bar. I sat there about 15 minutes. The bar tender said something to one of the ladies and she came over. She said, "hi, welcome back. I'll be your server today." I think her name is DeLisa (I'm sure that's spelled wrong, but she has short dark hair and a socializer). Interestingly enough, I noticed her to some man at the end of the bar for much of the time I was waiting. I knew what I wanted, so I placed my order. I asked for the hot chocolate and a glass of ice water at the same time that I placed my food order. The hot chocolate came immediately. About 10 minutes by, I finished my hot chocolate. She appeared back for me to purchase another hot chocolate or adult beverage. She even offered me water. That was ironic since I never got it when I requested it. I responded, yes ice water, please. She came back with a cup of water, no ice. I sat there for another 10 or 15 minutes. She popped up again stating your food should be out soon. I said, I hope so since I is been 30 minutes since placed my order. About 5 minutes later, someone took my food to serve another customer. Nearly an hour since my arrival, my order finally made it to me. I've ordered that meal many times, the fried chicken thighs with hash browns and two hard fried eggs. The chicken looked old. I assumed that it was sitting out so long that it got cold, so it was dropped back into the grease. I wanted condiments, so the bar attendant got her attention again for that. The server / waiter NEVER came back to check on me or refill my water. However, she made a point to check on the two ladies sitting beside me at the bar. Someone gave me a to go plate for what I took home. Then someone else gave me a carry out bag. Miraculously, she appeared for payment and expected a tip for her POOR service. She stood over me to make sure that I tipped her. SO DISAPPOINTED!!! I eas treated to Harry's on My birthday. The wait can be long. It stores to slow down towards the end of closing. The food is very good. I was surprised at how good it was. The restaurant is clean. Parking can be tough. I will be visiting again.
