Had a birthday celebratory Sunday lunch in the barn today. The biggest positive was the delicious food- the roast pork and beef meals were wonderful. The negatives- plates weren’t very hot so food got cold quickly, had to wait for cutlery & condiments to be provided so we could eat the food placed in front of us (why on Earth aren’t they provided when you are seated?) and every time a guest left/entered the barn we were greeted by an icy breeze (maybe need to have screens or a second lobby at the entrance). Regardless, we would definitely go to the barn again but probably on a summer’s day. A big highlight of our visit was the farm shop- we bought some wonderful items and farm meat products - and all reasonably priced. Will bring the grand kids next time so they can see all the animals in the surrounding pens/fields.

definitely recommend. lovely food and the friendliest and most helpful staff we've met. They are a credit to the business. Dogs allowed inside too.
